Who's who?

I was trying to organise the photos on my computer and came across these 2. One is of Noah and one is of Anna, both taken at just a couple hours old. Almost identical "pose" with tongue poking out. Let's just hope Anna doesn't copy everything her brother does, especially his sleeping habits (or rather, the severe lack thereof)

As ever, loving the swing!!

We see you Noah! He has started the type of hide & seek where he thinks we cannot see him when he covers his eyes or hides behind a tiny object.


Noah has clearly had enough and is trying to make a quick escape up about 100 steps. I think he thinks we are too slow to catch him up there--- mind you, he's not too far off the truth.

Grandma Visits

Amy's mom was here for 2 weeks. Here's the proud grandma with Noah & Anna.
Seeing Grandma off at the airport on Sunday. Noah was very sad to see her go.

Noah loves his little sister.

The day we came home from the hospital with Anna it was about 100 degrees so Michael just carried her around naked while trying to wrangle Noah in the back courtyard at the same time.

The princess arrives

Still backtracking...Litte miss Anna was born on her due date, March 10! It took us all by surprise as Noah was 11 days late and we were told to expect another overcooked one. She was only 4kg (8lb 12oz) and 54 cm (21 in) long (I say "only" because Noah was 9lb 6oz and literally born with rolls on him- as you may imagine I was dreading the thought of an even bigger baby this time).


Here are a couple shots of her first days. The bottom photo is of Noah's first time meeting her- she was about 3 hours old.

I'm backtraking a little bit with photos...this was about 3 weeks pre-Anna. Noah loves swings. You cannot say the word in his presence if you are not prepared to drop everything and rush down to the park for hours of swing time.

A day in the life...

After staying connected with many friends through their wonderful blogs, we have decided it was a good idea to start one too, especially given that we live so far away from most of you. We tend to take heaps of photos, so don't say you haven't been warned.Everyone here is doing well. Noah is now 19 months and little Anna is already 7 weeks old. Amy's mom was just here for a 2 week visit which Noah just loved because he got very spoiled.
