Last week some of my friends and I took our kids to a local Children's Farm, which is essentially a big farm with kiddie activities (milking the cows, holding the chickens, petting animals, etc). Noah was especially scared of the chickens, of all things! He thought they were great until they got a bit too close to him and he started crying (which is very out of character for him). However, he loved the goats! But he was sure they were dogs. No matter how many times I told him "goats", he continued to point at them and excitedly shout "doggies, mummy!"
"doggies!"
