Houses traditionally are sold here via an auction at the property itself after a month of advertising and open house inspections.  Our auction was on Saturday. We were pleased with the results so we sold. Its quite bittersweet- we LOVE where we live, and just put our blood, sweat & tears into rebuilding the entire thing (facade is still circa 1905 in accordance with heritage regulations), but we need more space.  So, the house hunt begins now...
